The Mentoring Academy Community Adventures (MACA) program connects students with external experts and mentors, fostering meaningful relationships outside the classroom. It provides a welcoming environment for parents, students, and mentors to bond and enjoy themselves. This year, we ventured to Año Nuevo State Park to observe elephant seals, had a barbecue near Pigeon Point Light Station, and explored tidepools at Pescadero Beach with National Geographic Explorer Joe Cutler under moonlight.
